Day 38

We had a very sleepy morning today and only got up at around 10 am to have some brunch. We decided to rent some bicycles again to explore another temple. This temple was a bit different from the ones we saw during our last visit. The ones in the Angkor Wat region have all been restored. This one has not been restored. It was partially collapsed. It was interesting to see how a temple looked before restauration.

On the ride home, we went on a few dirt roads. We were very unlucky and actually popped a tire of one of the bikes. Luckily we were not too far from a small village and were able to get some help from the locals. It was fixed in no time and we were back on our way.
